Preferably not plush ones like the hide-a-squirrel, those get destroyed quickly.
I have a ‘dog spinny’, but she’s mastered it.

And I don’t want to spend $40 at the moment for another toy from that company.
She also already has a Buster Cube.
She has a kong already too.
She’s ~10 pounds.

Get her a kong. You can put the dry food inside and they roll it around all day trying to get it out. They are indestructible so they can’t chew it apart.

there is one but its from the UK, and pricey..but I will look!
the last one is ugly but seems fun!
Kongs are no fun for my pups any more, so I have been looking as well!
Character Plush
A kong toy is inexpensive and very durable. Just get the specially made treats and stuff ‘em in there. It’ll keep your dog entertained for hours while she tries to squeeze it out. Oh, and don’t make it too easy for her. Every once in a while, push a loose treat back in so that it gives her even more of a challenge.
Also, make up games to amuse her. Put a certain toy in a pile of clothes/papers/etc. and have her try to dig it out. If you haven’t taught her your name or the names of your family members or friends, have them/yourself hold a treat and say ”Find NAME!. If she finds them, she gets a treat.
Those products above are just pricey, souped up versions of kongs. It’s pretty much the same concept.

This website has plenty to choose from. I’d get more specific but I don’t know how big or small your dog is.

There are a few different Kong shapes. There is one called the Kong Goodie Bone (I think) Its in the shape of a bone with holes in either end for 4 treats. You can stick hard treats or cookies in these areas. Have you tried filling the Kong you have and freezing it? It lasts much longer this way. You can also buy dental bones and smear a little peanut butter, cream cheese, or doggie toothpaste on them (the safe to swallow type) It gets into the grooves and they have to work to get it out.

I think the tug a jug is cool, but mine don’t like to work that hard for much of anything….so…there it sits. Brats.

I like the Premier Busy Buddy Collection, especially the Twist-n-Turn, Tug-a-Jug and Squirrel Buddy.
I also make my own interactive toys by combining multiple toys together, using laundry baskets, and cardboard boxes etc.

I don’t tend to buy dog toys as I find them far too expensive for what they are and often the dogs get bored with them very quickly. Apart from a ball tosser, balls and a large size Kong, most of Willows toys are home made. Her favourite game at the moment is ‘which pot’ and it’s simply three cups and a ball or treat hidden under one! I’ve seen the same thing in pet shops but I just use cheap plastic cups.
It might be worth having a look around at what is available and then adapting something you already have. I don’t buy cat toys either as they are more interested in playing with a bag or cardboard box and an ordinary torch shone on the carpet or wall is as much fun to chase as a laser pointer. My dog likes that too!
