How many toys doys your dog have?

So last night, i was rounding up all of the toys in the house to wash them. Once the cat blankets were added, I had a full load of wash in there. According to the boyfriend, Rocko has WAY too many toys. I disagreed, and he told me to go ask my dog friends how many toys they had around the house. I would say that he has 8-10 plush squeak or rattle toys. Some of which he has had since he was a pup. He doesn’t destroy them, so that type of toy is safe around him, unlike other breeds which shred the plush to get to the squeaker. Then theres a couple ropes. Outside he has soccer balls and some kongs. What do you think? Too many toys? Happy Friday!!

We have a small metal basketful – their toy box – mostly nylabones, rubber balls and tennis balls. Mine destroy soft toys – we had to give them up a few years ago. There’s probably 20 or so between the two dogs. Then there’s the cat’s toys…..

we have four pets so there is never enough toys for them but we do have tons I am bad for going to the pet store I always pick up a new one plus my dogs love to rip the cats toys apart….

he has one of those dog litterboxes that is over-flowing with toys. I found that makes a good toybox!
Most of these toys are ones he got for Christmas, I put them up until we moved to our house.. alot of his old toys were chewed up when dad got his standard poodle in November!

Nah -you just love your dog and want him to be entertained and happy. A dog can never have too many toys, hehe. And I’m sure he knows he’s got it good, too. My dog also has a whole dog bed of her own with all her toys. Some of which she doesn’t destroy (her friends) and then there has been so many shredded and killed that if I had them all -I could fill up the back of a pickup. I just keep buying them because it’s fun to watch her be entertained and fun to play with her, too.

mine has one of those bone tox’s filled to the top. he like to go and get a toy and sometimes I will even find him in the box looking for something its the cutest so tell the boyfriend that your dog friends say never too many toys

I have a basket full of toys, balls and ropes in my house…..and the same in the back of my car. I also have an impressive leash collection and several doggie blankets with foot prints…:)

My dogs have… 3? Thats not for lack of buying, but they chew them up and spit them out within an hour every time they get a toy. Now if you ask how many bones I have? Too many, I am fully stocked on those suckers! They last longer than any toy for my dogs.

Currently, just five. I spent some $50 earlier this week on huge squeaky toys and they’ve all been ripped up and destroyed. So, I’ll have to go out this weekend and spend a boatload for toys that she isn’t going to rip up.

-3 frisbees
-4 tenis balls

-1 chew rope
…she dosent have that many! We buy her TONS of those plush squeaky things, but she loves them so much she tears them to shreds. LOL. She also has 2 kongs but, she wont use them.

Oh my goodness my dogs must have around 30 toys plus they each have 3 blankets.. all for different places inthe house (one for the bed, couch and their crate) they tear up plaush toys. you are lucky to have a dog that doesnt tear them! it’s a mess to deal with when they try to get to that squeaker. no you arent going overboard you just love your dog and you love to see him happy. I’m glad to see that you wash the toys. i’ve talked to so many people that think i’m crazy because i wash them. Good job mama! Bree
