| My 7-year-old daughter has an affinity for hippos -- I don't get it, but hey, everybody as their "thing." She asked for a stuffed hippo for Christmas. Many of those I found in stores were tiny or mean looking (I know, hippos are dangerous animals ... but I didn't want her to fall asleep hugging a tooth-bearing monster). I found this hippo online. It's cute and soft and very huggable. She absolutely loves it, which means I absolutely love it. |

| My wife likes hippo's and now she has three stuffed hippos after I gave this one to her. I like this one the best of the three and it's pretty good sized, the biggest one she has. It's very soft and well made with subtle details. A great stuffed hippo if that's what you are looking for. It's manufactured by Aurora and this is the second stuffed hippo we have gotten from them and they are both great quality. |

| This is a well done plush. It seems very durable for a plush, and it's a plush so I don't know how educational is suppose to be. But it's very soft, very nice, fun and well done. |

| The toy is very nice, but not quite what I expected. I thought it would have a sound accessory inside, which was a part of my search criteria when looking for a plush hippo toy. The toy is well made, very soft, and will withstand a lot of handling and the loving play of an imaginative young child who enjoys collecting stuffed aniimals - the most important goal for this purchase. I regret it does not have the hippo sounds to go with it. |
